Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in our community, the clinic is putting the following measures back in place:
Online appointment scheduling is now available! Hamilton County Employee Health Clinic patients may book their clinic appointment online via the patient portal, Healow app, or by calling 423-209-6070. The Hamilton County Employee Clinic is making every effort to separate well and sick patients and allow adequate time for sanitizing and cleaning in between patient appointments. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms please call 423-209-6070 to schedule your clinic appointment. To log into your patient portal, click the button below. Instructions on how to book an appointment using the online patient portal are also provided below.
- An appointment is still required to be seen at the clinic (that includes being tested for COVID-19). There are no walk-in's allowed at this time.
- When you arrive for your appointment:
- If you're scheduled for a sick visit, please do not exit your vehicle. You may be required to take a COVID test before entering the clinic. Please call the clinic (423-209-6070) to let the staff know you have arrived and are waiting in your vehicle. Clinic staff will provide further instructions.
- All other scheduled appointments may enter the clinic and check in at the front desk.
- Masks are required for all patients that are scheduled for a sick visit and for all patients experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Cough, congestion, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, fever, chills, sore throat, shortness of breath, muscle or body aches, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, nausea, abdominal pain
- The Telehealth option is still available.

Aaron L. Moore, FNP-C
Provider Aaron grew up locally in the TN Valley and worked for many years as an Emergency Department Nurse before completing his Master’s Degree with FNP focus at the University of South Florida in 2008. Since that time, he has gained experience and skill in Family Primary Care of all ages, Urgent Care, and Occupational Medicine. He greatly enjoys connecting and educating clients to help them meet health goals and make decisions that fit them as individuals. Aaron feels that this model of care can initiate lasting positive effects on clients and families. |
Heather Sharp, PA
Provider Heather has been practicing in the Chattanooga area for seven years. She is a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University with a Masters in Medicine, Physician Assistant studies. Heather has a passion for helping people achieve their best health. She especially enjoys diabetes care and studying neurological conditions. In her spare time she enjoys reading and making memories with her husband and two daughters. |
Bailey Davis, FNP-C
Provider Bailey began her journey and goal of helping others five years ago after receiving her BSN in nursing. After working locally in a variety of ICU, cardiac, medical, and surgical environments, she pursued her dreams of becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner and received her MSN degree from Austin Peay State University. She has joined the One to One Health team with a passion for emphasizing preventative medicine to enhance her patient's health and quality of life. |
